Try-and-Buy Program

We at Reconnx understand that Nail Kickers are not yet as common as nail guns and are offering you as prospective buyer a low-risk means to try the tools on your project for a limited time.  

We want you to personally and immediately experience the benefit and power the Nail Kicker brings to your operation.  As you get comfortable with the use of the Nail Kicker, you will know fairly quickly if it will meet your needs.  We're confident that it will.

However, there certainly are applications that don't match the Nail Kicker's capabilities.  In such cases, we'll take the tool back in accordance with the terms below.  We think this program works well because it protects you, the buyer, and Reconnx.  

To utilize the Try-and-Buy Program, you must agree to:

    1)     Buy the Nail Kicker and pay for shipping and handling using your credit card.  Reconnx will ship 2nd day air (unless you direct us to do something different), and we'll keep track of the date shipped.

     2)    Try-out the Nail Kicker for two or three days, during which time you'll take extra care not to scratch or misuse it, so that if you need to return it, you can maximize your refund.  

     3)     Return it (only if not satisfied with its usefulness for your application).  Shipping must be at your expense.  We will note the date received.

Upon receiving the tool:

     4)     We will check that the tool and other items in the case have been returned in the condition they were originally sent.  You may keep and recycle the Operation and Safety Manual and other literature if you believe you've wrinkled or stained them.  For items missing or in damaged condition, not counting the literature, we will assign a fair $ value for those items after discussion with you.

     5)     Within 5 days of receiving the returned tool, we will refund the price you paid for the product (not including shipping) less the following:

          a)     $ value for damaged or missing items we must replace.

          b)     a $30 restocking fee that increases $10 per day for each day beyond 7 business days after the date we shipped.

With this Try-and-Buy Program, you and other decision-makers in your organization can try-out the Nail Kicker while limiting your financial exposure.
